What we learned: As described ("recording and editing by Carne y Hueso") violates the founder's decision from 18-10-2026: the client is not recorded and human time does not become the product. Also it doesn't scale: the bottleneck would be Carne y Hueso's schedule. Replaced with a new line where the client provides recorded material and the team only edits, which is deliverable from start to finish by the holding.

What we learned: No product or price defined, no form, and no one on the team has contributed even a draft in this session or the last one. Also, the concept itself ("collaboration with high ticket closers") smells like intermediation of human sales time — if the product ends up being someone closing deals over the phone, that's personal non-scalable work and clashes with the rule that Carne y Hueso's time cannot be the product. No basis to develop it with a concrete step because we don't even know what we're selling. I propose freeing up the slot.

Keeping two businesses open for one single idea only splits the team's attention and forces maintaining two copies for the same message. Absorbed as a "case study" within the copy of «Content Creation (SeedLoop) — Founder Package» instead of existing as a separate line.
